Applying is free. Approval is not automatic and depends on company, driver, vehicle, insurance and licence checks for the markets you serve.

Important: Royal Comfort Ride coordinates bookings and customer support. Every independent transport partner remains responsible for its local licences, employment, tax, vehicle and transport-law obligations.

Privacy by assignment

Only the data needed to do the job

Open offers exclude passenger identity, phone, email and internal payment/margin records. The assigned partner receives only the operational data needed for the accepted ride.

Company-scoped access

A verified Firebase identity and partner claim keep every company inside its own fleet, offers, assignments and ledger.

Server-side checks

The backend rechecks finance safety, expiry, compliance, driver, vehicle and trip availability when an offer is accepted.

No automatic payout

The ledger records eligibility and manual payment status. Money is never sent merely because a browser button was clicked.

Which companies can apply?

Licensed transfer companies, taxi or chauffeur operators, limousine services and DMC transport teams can apply. Individual drivers should use Drive for us.

Do we have to accept every offer?

No. Offers are optional and time-limited. Acceptance commits the company to the shown service requirements and locked payout.

When do we see passenger details?

Only after a secure assignment succeeds. Pre-accept offers contain no passenger name, phone or email.

Are payouts automatic?

No. Completed rides enter a settlement ledger only after payment, refund, dispute and reconciliation checks. Actual payment remains an authorised manual finance action.
